8th World Internet Indoor Barebow championship (2007-2008) will follow the same procedure as in previous years. Official registration will be possible by Email ENTRY FORM at least 7 days before the chosen competition.

Please note there is no special event for juniors – YET - we want to see if there are enough juniors interested to include them in the event next year.

YOU choose which local competition you will enter and send notification of your entry to  seven days BEFORE the event and then send the results within seven days AFTER the event.

Included in this event is a TEAM event for male and female. All participants of this World Championships will automatically be included on the list for World Indoor Internet TEAM event as well. The first three archers in both the male and female division, which are ranked highest in each country during this World Championship, will be automatically selected for team event.

Medals for individuals and teams will be awarded at the following International Field event. Winners not present at that championship will be sent their medals by post.

One archer is allowed to send by his Email address the ENTRY FORMS AND RESULTS or web site of the official results from his competition for other archers from his club or nation in case they don't have their own computer or Email address!

Only ONE result from each archer is valid for the contest in this 8th WORLD INTERNET INDOOR BB ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIP 2007-2008 and it is your personal decision when and where you will compete. Only results from your announced competition will be valid for your official result.

PLEASE take care to send the registration at least one week before competition in which you will be competing.

8th WORLD INTERNET INDOOR BAREBOW CHAMPIONSHIP HAS NO ENTRY FEE.

This event was proposed and has been managed by Marjan Podrzaj of Slovenia, who with other Slovenian archers/friends, has run and paid for this event for the last 6 years. We would like to take this opportunity to give him a big thank you not only for organising it but for thinking up the idea.

Barebow archers need to prove to organising bodies like FITA that we exist, in reasonable sized numbers. That our membership fees, and money spent on equipment, entitle us to the same level of respect and consideration as is given to our sighted friends shooting Compound and Recurve.
